I had the pleasure of working with Allyson on two fundraising campaigns for the Ogunquit Museum of American Art. What struck me most about her was her uncanny ability to quickly and effortlessly inspire a diverse group of people to row in the same direction. Allyson has a natural talent in identifying an objective, enabling others see the benefit, and then provide logical steps to achieve a common goal. I never saw her unable to deliver. In public service, this is an invaluable skill. If I were a Maine constituent, I would want Allyson representing me because I know she would not rest until she accomplished what she set out to do.
